The Emperor’s ducks have caught the flu, according to the farm industry. They have contracted the avian flu influenza.
The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Ministry said the ducks do not have to be killed and that they will be monitored. All of the birds would have been killed if proven infected with a highly pathogenic version of bird flu.
